  • What digital sovereignty means in practice: noticing influence and choosing how to respond

By the end of this module, digital systems will feel clearer rather than overwhelming. You will be able to recognise how they shape you — and where you still have choice.

Module 2: Leverage, Systems, and Tools

Learn how freedom is built structurally, not through effort alone.

This module focuses on how work, tools, and systems can either trap effort or allow it to compound. You will learn how leverage works and how technologies, including AI, shape autonomy over time.

You will learn:

  • What leverage actually is, and why structure matters more than intensity
  • How media, code, and capital allow effort to scale beyond your time
  • How tools, automation, and AI influence behaviour through built-in incentives
  • How to choose technologies that expand independence rather than create dependency

By the end of this module, you will be able to evaluate opportunities and tools based on whether they support long-term freedom rather than short-term output.

Module 3: Attention, Wealth, and Sustainable Freedom

Design systems that hold under pressure.

The final module brings everything together by focusing on what sustains freedom over time. You will examine attention and wealth not as goals, but as forms of infrastructure that support choice and stability.
